Response:

  • As a further development, after drawing, can re categorized based on “tufting”, “60s forms”, “textures”
  • Drawings were successful in showing texture and depth
  • My drawings help in giving a warmer, more intimate feel as opposed to the 3D model which is quit flat, smooth and un-personal.
  • The continuous line drawing re-humanizes the chairs and brings them to life.
  • Could develop further by creating a hand drawn catalogue of chairs or hand drawn website
  • It was quite powerful how redrawing the 3D models made them tangible
